NOTICE ABOUT EMAIL STORAGE QUOTA

If you have received a notice that you are exceeding or about to exceed your email storage quote there are several steps that you need to take to insure that you aren't interrupted in receiving emails.

If you select "Leave a copy of messages on server", when you delete mail then go to another computer to check your mail, you will still see the mail you deleted on the other computer. "Leave a copy of messages on server" means that a copy of the mail is saved on the F12web.net email server as well as on your computer. If you always leave the mail on the server you will eventually run out of server space. Your email account will be unable to receive new mail at that point. If you use multiple computers to check email, we strongly recommend that on at least one of the computers you tell it to removed messages after so many days.

Unless you depend on or occasionally utilize the webmail feature we recommend setting your computer to remove messages from the server after 10 days.  If you depend on or utilize the webmail feature then you should set this to between 30 and 45 days.  Unless you are one of those users that continuously received large attachments these settings should work for you.
